A distinguished barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana, Mr. Dannis brings a deep understanding of corporate and commercial law, offering strategic legal guidance to both local and international clients.

His practice focuses primarily on Business Law, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, investment structuring, and dispute resolution. Known for his sharp analytical skills and client-centred approach, Mr. Dannis has represented a wide range of entities, from startups to multinational corporations, helping them navigate Ghana’s complex business environment with confidence.

Education

Mr. Dannis holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. He has also undertaken executive legal training and short courses in Corporate Law and International Business Transactions in South Africa and the United Kingdom.
